The Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer with experience building scalable SaaS applications and a strong understanding of the financial services domain.

You will work across our platform, developing secure and high-performance applications that power AI-driven workflows, financial analytics, investor experiences, reporting systems, and enterprise automation.

This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy solving challenging technical problems while building products that serve financial professionals and enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using modern software engineering practices.
  • Build secure backend services and APIs that power AI-driven financial workflows.
  • Develop responsive frontend applications and dashboards with an excellent user experience.
  • Build systems for portfolio analytics, reporting, performance visualization, and financial insights.
  • Integrate AI services, LLMs, and automation workflows into production applications.
  • Develop secure authentication, authorization, and role-based access controls.
  • Design scalable database architectures and optimize application performance.
  • Build integrations with third-party APIs, enterprise systems, and financial data providers.
  • Collaborate closely with AI engineers, product designers, and quantitative researchers to translate ideas into production-ready features.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in software engineering or full-stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frontend frameworks such as React or Next.js.
  • Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Express, FastAPI, NestJS, or Django.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, and scalable backend architecture.
  • Experience working with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases.
  • Familiarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment workflows.
  • Understanding of SaaS architecture, security, and enterprise application development.
  • Exposure to the financial services, fintech, asset management, banking, or investment domain.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building B2B SaaS products.
  • Familiarity with AI platforms such as OpenAI, Claude, Gemini, or similar LLM technologies.
  • Experience integrating AI agents, workflow automation, or intelligent document processing.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with real-time data processing, analytics dashboards, or financial reporting systems.
  • Understanding of capital markets, investment management, wealth management, or financial analytics.
  • Experience building enterprise-grade software with a strong focus on scalability and security.
