What You’ll Do Administer and support the GitHub Enterprise environment Troubleshoot and resolve GitHub-related issues, including repository configuration, permissions, and access management Develop automations using GitHub Actions and the GitHub API Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines Implement deployment automation and support Infrastructure as Code (IaC) initiatives Help define and enforce repository governance standards and best practices Improve Developer Experience by creating automations, documentation, and self-service solutions Contribute to platform security, access controls, and compliance initiatives Integrate CI/CD pipelines with cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, and GCP Participate in the team's on-call rotation when required Collaborate closely with Engineering, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver scalable platform solutions. What You Bring Experience working with GitHub Enterprise Hands-on experience with GitHub Actions Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Strong knowledge of Git version control Knowledge of branching strategies such as Git Flow, Trunk-Based Development, or similar Experience with deployment automation Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar Understanding of CI/CD pipeline security and DevSecOps best practices Experience integrating pipelines with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and/or GCP Knowledge of repository governance, access control, and permission management Experience using the GitHub API Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, security, and infrastructure teams Strong sense of ownership and accountability Passion for automation, continuous improvement, and Developer Experience Nice to have Experience with GitHub Advanced Security Experience with GitHub Copilot Background in Platform Engineering or Developer Experience (DevEx) Knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) Experience supporting audit, compliance, or SOX-related initiatives Scripting experience with Python, Go, or Shell Experience supporting large-scale developer platforms.
