LV Petroleum/ SONIC Drive-In is seeking a motivated, high-energy General Manager to lead restaurant operations and drive team performance in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who is passionate about building strong teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and driving strong operational and financial results.

As General Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including team leadership, guest service, operations, financial performance, and compliance while fostering a positive, high-energy culture that reflects SONIC standards.

Position Overview

The General Manager is responsible for the overall success of the restaurant, including daily operations, team development, customer satisfaction, and financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, accountability, and the ability to drive results while maintaining a fun and engaging work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain a high-performing team
  • Coach and develop team members to improve performance and support career growth
  • Create a positive, high-energy, and team-oriented work environment
  • Build effective schedules based on labor needs, sales trends, and business demand
  • Lead by example and ensure accountability across all team members

Guest Experience

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required (some college preferred)
  • 2+ years of management experience in food service or restaurant operations
  • Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage financial performance and operational metrics
  • ServSafe certification preferred or required based on location
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
