Sales Representative/ Closer - Remote @ Marketing.MBA

Other Jobs To Apply

No other job posts for this day.

Marketing.MBA, a member of the Creator Group, is a remote-first performance marketing agency and AI SaaS company helping businesses grow through data-driven marketing, cutting-edge AI tooling, and world-class execution. We build both the strategies and the software that modern marketing teams run on.

We're looking for a killer closer who turns warm inbound into signed, happy clients — and automates everything that gets in the way.

The Role

You own the full closing motion on high-intent US inbound: discovery, pitch, negotiation, signature. You're not just hitting quota — you're building the sales machine as you close. Six months in, the closed pipeline speaks for itself and the playbook is documented well enough that the next hire plugs in on day one.

Who We Are

At Marketing.MBA, we hire polymaths — generalists with world-class depth in one specialized area.

The Environment: Controlled Chaos. Feedback loops in hours, not weeks.

  • Speed with precision — ship fast, iterate faster, never sloppy

  • Extreme ownership — your project, your outcome, no excuses

  • Results only — we care what you build, solve, and sell

What You Get

  • Work from anywhere — flexible hours, trust-based culture, or relocate to our Dubai HQ (we sponsor the UAE visa)

  • Flat hierarchy, elite team, competitive pay with uncapped commission

  • Real growth: more in 6 months here than 5 years at a traditional agency

  • Attractive base salary plus uncapped comission for inbound and outbound and you will never run out of leads

What You'll Own

Closing & Pipeline

  • Run discovery and closing calls on qualified US inbound — diagnose, match, close.

  • Manage multi-stakeholder deals end-to-end with disciplined follow-up; nothing rots in the pipeline.

  • Re-engage dormant accounts for upsell and referrals.

Systems, CRM & AI Automation

  • Own HubSpot: clean records, accurate stages, live forecast.

  • Use Claude daily to prep calls, personalize outreach, summarize meetings, draft follow-ups — output like a team of three.

  • Automate repeatable work in Zapier, n8n, and HubSpot and Claude Cowork workflows.

  • Build and iterate the playbooks, call frameworks, and onboarding handoffs the next closer inherits.

Strategy & Cross-Functional Impact

  • Feed deal-room intel back to marketing, product, and CS.

  • Provide sharp input on pricing, packaging, and offer structure — you hear the market first.

  • Help define the KPIs and dashboards this sales function scales on.

What We're Looking For

Must-Have

  • Native or C2 English; fluent in how American buyers think, negotiate, and sign.

  • 5+ years closing high-ticket B2B (marketing, consulting, coaching, education, or AI SaaS).

  • Track record building a sales function from scratch — playbooks, CRM architecture, process.

  • Fluent in HubSpot (or equivalent) with a real philosophy on pipeline hygiene.

  • Hands-on AI operator shipping daily with Claude and Claude Cowork— not curious, operational.

Nice to Have

  • Agency, performance marketing, or AI SaaS background

  • Zapier / n8n automation experience

  • US network of founder- or marketing-level buyers

You Are

  • Someone who works inbound with the urgency of a cold prospector — zero entitlement.

  • Automation-first: done it manually twice, you've already built the workflow.

  • Radically transparent on forecast, energized by being measured weekly.

  • The kind of closer who leaves the pipeline in better shape than you found it — for yourself and whoever comes next.

Ready to Impress Us?

If you're a T-shaped closer who runs discovery like a therapist, negotiates like a lawyer, and automates like an engineer — and you're ready to own your lane inside a high-performance remote team — we want to hear from you.

P.S. Don’t forget to check your spam folder – important updates might land there!
